"We live at Lake Lanier with a fairly steep property from the street to the lake. When we have a heavy rain, it washes all of our mulch onto the driveway causing a cleaning headache. Spaulding had to build the new driveway with a tilt that directs the water between my property and my neighbor's. Riprap was installed on both sides of the driveway to keep mulch off of the driveway.
