The crew failed to show up the first scheduled day and we were not informed by the office until later in the day with the explanation that a previous work project was taking longer than expected even though they were aware of the delay a day or two before our project date. This tardy notification caused us considerable inconvenience."

Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
