I think they're kind of expensive but, well they're probably no more expensive than others.  It always cost a lot when you have to have repairs done.  They are always very responsive when we call. They're always here within the time frame that they give us.  Only one time did they call and say they would be later."

This involved cutting through the old inside wood 2nd layer roof to get to the hidden electrical wires where he put a junction box and new wiring for the fan and light kit.
