I was soon contacted by Nick. We discussed a priced and he showed up the next day. Nick was extremely cordial. He was very easy to communicate with and he is generally just a very nice person. Nick was knowledgeable and completed the job in short order. He provided me with a receipt and then went on his way. I am very happy with his work and I think that if he does some work for you, then you will have a similar outcome."

They're always here within the time frame that they give us.  Only one time did they call and say they would be later."

This involved cutting through the old inside wood 2nd layer roof to get to the hidden electrical wires where he put a junction box and new wiring for the fan and light kit. He arrived at 9 am, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken $30 part. He is handling the warranty paperwork as well. In a time of huge businesses that treat you like a transaction, it's nice to see a company that exudes the hometown feel while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. It's like the old family doctor who you can get to know and who will take the time to explain the issue and make proper recommendations.
