They arrived on time and began cleaning right away.  One gentleman also inspected the furnace and informed me that it had a layer of dust that needed cleaning or could become a fire hazard.  I believe the service was over $400.  I did not purchase it.

The gentleman were professional, courtesy and left the house as clean as they had found it, but I would not do this service again.  They cleaned the ducts with a negative pressure system in a central duct and then vacuumed out the other ducts.  I question what it actually did to make my ducts cleaner and felt I could probably achieve the same results with my own vacuum.  I feel that this very reasonable offer was an opportunity to get in

*** I have recently added the Nashville area to my service coverage. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work! They are professional and honest people to hire and they carry all the relevant licenses as well."

"The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. The workers were professional, friendly and usually prompt. Called when they were running late or needed to reschedule."

Tiffany was great coorindating the project. She informative and kept us in the loop. She was there when we had any questions about the steps to take. Installers were crazy fast, nice and efficient. Cleaned everyday and no messes were found. NRG also did our HVAC and it was a great experience as well. No complaints from any of the sub contractor. Robert came out on Saturday to evaluate the system and also show me how everything works. Enjoyed the drone fly over I think its great when company uses technology to educate their clients. Solar edge is a great way to show your production and is very easy to use. Should have done it sooner!!"

"I have used Josh's services in the past for electrical issues, doors that weren't hung correctly and needed to be shaved down, cleaning of my HVAC unit coils.  I haven't found anything that Josh can't do, and he is SO thorough.  He is our "go to guy" for anything that comes up.  In fact, I have a list of "Josh to do" items that we will be doing over time.  He has a great work ethic, and is super nice.  I HIGHLY recommend him and you'll find that he is someone that goes right into your personal contact list for when you need a repair or something done around your home!
