They arrived on time and began cleaning right away.  One gentleman also inspected the furnace and informed me that it had a layer of dust that needed cleaning or could become a fire hazard.  I believe the service was over $400.  I did not purchase it.

The gentleman were professional, courtesy and left the house as clean as they had found it, but I would not do this service again.  They cleaned the ducts with a negative pressure system in a central duct and then vacuumed out the other ducts.  I question what it actually did to make my ducts cleaner and felt I could probably achieve the same results with my own vacuum.  I feel that this very reasonable offer was an opportunity to get in

*** I have recently added the Nashville area to my service coverage. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Last week I had Landmark energy upgrades, do energy efficiency work at my home. The work included sealing all my duct-work in the attic as well as sealing all the spots between the living space below and blowing in additional insulation in order to bring me up to today's standards. I also had them replace all the duct work in my crawlspace and seal it as well as when they came for their initial inspection they found that my duct-work was riddled with holes and was completely uninsulated as well as being unsealed. I initially contacted Landmark after receiving notification that they were offering assorted rebates for home owners to incentivize them to do upgrades to there homes.
I was super pleased with these guys, a total of two crews worked on our home and they were both quick, professional, and explained what they would be doing in detail when they first arrived. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Immediately I noticed a difference in my home after the work was finished. The HVAC system weren?t running nearly as much and the temperature in the home was absolutely more consistent.  Landmark Energy Upgrades promptly handled all the paperwork required in order for me to receive my rebates making this part of the process extremely easy. I fully recommend these guys!

"The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. The workers were professional, friendly and usually prompt. Called when they were running late or needed to reschedule."

"Dylan & Lauren Palmer, San Diego Harold was an awesome salesman, thorough and answered all our questions. He was responsive and intentive to all our needs. Tiffany was great coorindating the project. She informative and kept us in the loop. She was there when we had any questions about the steps to take. Installers were crazy fast, nice and efficient. Cleaned everyday and no messes were found. NRG also did our HVAC and it was a great experience as well. No complaints from any of the sub contractor. Robert came out on Saturday to evaluate the system and also show me how everything works. Enjoyed the drone fly over I think its great when company uses technology to educate their clients. Solar edge is a great way to show your production and is very easy to use. Should have done it sooner!!"

"I have used Josh's services in the past for electrical issues, doors that weren't hung correctly and needed to be shaved down, cleaning of my HVAC unit coils.  I haven't found anything that Josh can't do, and he is SO thorough.  He is our "go to guy" for anything that comes up.  In fact, I have a list of "Josh to do" items that we will be doing over time.  He has a great work ethic, and is super nice.  I HIGHLY recommend him and you'll find that he is someone that goes right into your personal contact list for when you need a repair or something done around your home!
