This involved cutting through the old inside wood 2nd layer roof to get to the hidden electrical wires where he put a junction box and new wiring for the fan and light kit. He got back to me quickly, understanding the importance of our household of 5 relying on not just comfort, but safety as well, and said he could squeeze me in the same day between appointments. He arrived at 9 am, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken $30 part. He is handling the warranty paperwork as well. In a time of huge businesses that treat you like a transaction, it's nice to see a company that exudes the hometown feel while still maintaining a high level of professionalism.
