Where do we start in describing how amazing BoCo Construction is. They turned a cold, barren garage into a gorgeous 535 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. At every stage of the project, Shawn and Joe demonstrated expertise, experience, confidence and trust. They were conscientious of costs and scheduling. They kept us engaged and informed. We never had to wonder what was happening next; Shawn and Joe communicated regularly with us. Shawn and Joe are consummate craftsmen who are committed to producing a quality product - both for their clients and for their own pride in what they do. The only downside to our project is that it ended; we so enjoyed working with Shawn and Joe on an exciting ADU garage conversion. Safe to say, weâ ll be working with them again on any project we have.

This is the only construction company I would ever hire. They are honest and reasonably priced. In fact, I never even solicit other bids. I carry around their business cards and give them out to people considering construction projects. You cannot go wrong with this company.

he did a great job, and could work with me weird times. i think he put in almost 10 hours on a SUNDAY. this guy is great and came in 20-30% lower than others. everyone should hire him if you can. i wish i had met him a month ago, he would have done ALL my work on my REO house.
