Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new! My Crewel rug had to be taken offsite to be dry cleaned and they had it back in a week and Luis helped me lay out the new rug pad and position it perfectly!"

We also had an upholstered bench cleaned - and it looks brand new! The couch and bench had many watermarks from our own cleaning and every single one of them came out. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
