He initially provided us with a free walkthrough estimate of our entire house to include some couches and rugs in addition to the carpets that needed care. He was very thorough and provided a reasonable estimate for the cleaning. It took me a few months to pull the trigger on utilizing his services but I am beyond pleased that I did! "I hired them to clean the carpet in the second floor of my house. I also got from them a free running rug cleaning so it was a great deal. Adam sent his guys to my house and they did a great job! the running rug came like new in a bag.
