"Omar is very professional,very knowledgeable, very skilled, and hard working. He was able to replace a leaking pipe within the same day! Which included drilling though cement, replacing pipe, checking for leaks after replacement of pipe, and cementing the hole to a clean finish. Omar and his business partner Vanessa both have geat customer service skills and are both friendly. Omar was hear earlier than expected which Is a plus! I am definitely going to hire them for future home projects as Omar is a jack of all trades. I will be recommending JR contruction work to family and friends ð §¡ thank you Omar !!"

We are problem solvers. With over twenty two years of experience there isn't much we haven't seen. From the smallest task to the largest we will perform our job with professionalism and in a timely manner. We guarantee our work 100%. .

Asked $8,000 for 4 days of work for one LHS handyman including such routine tasks (changing door handles and door hinges, installing a ceiling light and switch, shaving the top of a door, partial grouting of two showers, relocating a small kitchen wall cabinet to a different wall, minor painting, sealing an outdoor light, etc.) and using mostly my materials (hinges, switches, light, door handles). Why? Because owner Derek Bingley uses a cockamamie pricing scheme based on tasks rather than a flat hourly or daily rate. Get ready to pay through the nose if you hire them. You?ll never meet Bingley unless you?re in Thousand Oaks; you deal with his workers and the cost estimator. Moreover, of the 4 days of scheduled work, the handyman rescheduled twice due to personal issues. I expected more consistency and professionalism for the price I paid. On the last day, I intended to go through the checklist of work with the handyman, show him some addition"
