They removed 3 pony-walls, installed new porcelain, large tile flooring throughout (2200 sq ft), remodeled the bath to enlarge the shower,-added a modern stand-alone tub, installed new double marble-topped vanity, marble mosaic wainscotting throughout the bath, a marble-porcelain 7-foot long/12-foot high shower with luxury finishes (marble bench & rainshowers) & a chandelier above the tub with sconces flanking a 6-ft long mirror. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, pendant lights, quartz countertops on a new, better positioned island that Dave designed, porcelain flooring, under-cabinet lighting, and gas-burning double-sided fireplace before installing gas-top stove, electric wall ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and double-work sink. They even installed 3 chandeliers (living room, dining & media rooms), drapery hardware at eight floor-length (12-ft high) windows & sliders, and an amazing new wet bar with vessel sink and marble with brass inlay backsplash!!
