"John was replacing a neighbors front yard when I noticed the preparation work for the sod. I walked up and asked him about landscaping my back yard so he walked down that day and looked at the yard and set an appointment for 3 days later. He showed up on time, took measurements, and we talked about what I wanted. John noticed the poor placement of the brick patio we installed ourselves and was very polite about it.
