"Dan came out right away and gave an estimate on replacing our 2 car driveway. We decided to expand the side yard to make a 4 car driveway, and he accommodated the day of the start of work. The best type of soil to build on is a mixture of sand and clay, known as loam soil. Loam soil has the best combination of these soil types to build a foundation on.
