"I needed a modification on my patio cover with custom gutter installation. Vincent was reliable, efficient, personable, and charged a reasonable price. He was easy to communicate with and understood immediately what we wanted. He totally solved our patio waterfall flooding during rainstorms problems that several other workmen were unable to fix. We're very happy with his work!"

He takes pride in his work installing Patio Covers. Thank you Joe. And on another note I don’t want to leave his helper out . Those two working together are like 2 peas in a pod. "They did a fantastic job and even came in at the best price. They came in on a Thursday and took out all the concrete with a bobcat into the trucks. They put in new beautiful pavers that look like cobblestone. We used to have drainage problems and they even did it in a way that everything drains underground into the street. They were clean, pleasant, and worked very hard. We are thrilled with the end result and have had a lot of compliments. We will continue to highly recommend them to anyone."

Patio Covers questions, answered by experts

Awnings are either fixed or retractable and can be paired with a variety of cover materials. Fixed awnings are a permanent outdoor feature of a building. These are highly durable and require ongoing maintenance. Once installed, the position of this awning cannot be changed.

Retractable awnings are more popular than fixed awnings since the cover can open and close. This allows homeowners to open and close the awning, depending on the weather. When not in use, it can be closed to allow for extra space.

Fabric awnings provide shade, reduce energy costs, and enhance outdoor aesthetics.

Clean regularly with mild soap and water, and retract during severe weather to prevent damage.

The cheapest material for covering a tennis court is rubber or clay. Rubber needs to be installed over a concrete or asphalt base, however, which can make the project more expensive up-front (but cheaper to resurface over time). Clay courts are among the most affordable, but they aren’t the best to play on and require a lot of maintenance.

There are many ways to mitigate wind damage. Some of the most common methods include installing storm windows and doors and wind-rated garage doors. When you get a wind mitigation inspection, the inspector will also assess the condition and shape of your roof to see how well it will withstand strong winds.
