Convinced me that it is necessary to drain the first 5 gallons or so every year to ensure there's no build up of sediment inside which contributes to the tank failure. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

Everything went so well that we decided to also renovate the 2 bathrooms, replace all the flooring , interior and exterior paint. Everything went well.
