He was very thorough in his questions about my desires and expectations for the project, allowing him to prepare a detailed proposal for the job. He worked with me on paver selection and design. In the end, the job went exactly as planned and the workmanship is outstanding. The job was scheduled for 9 days and completed on schedule. Rick stopped by every day to review progress and discuss any concerns I might have. There were no changes to the contract, which is a sign that Rick and the team really do know their jobs. They designed a stunning front and back yard that addressed all our issues. "Our job was replacement of the irrigation system (sprinklers and drippers) controller and two rotor-style sprinkler heads. I contacted Tony Tuesday afternoon, and late Wednesday afternoon he and his crew were on the job. Work was completed quickly and competently the same day. I was especially impressed with: (1) How rapidly the job was scheduled and done: slightly over 24 hours from initial contact to job completion (2) Tony's responsiveness: I had to shift his planned arrival time at the 11th hour, and he accommodated me. Because of my inaccurate description of the sprinkler heads to be replaced he brought the wrong type with him; he went back to his shop while the other two crew members worked and was back with the correct ones in a few minutes. I might have gotten a slightly lower price by getting several competitive bids, but the speed and quality of Tony's work was well worth it. Bottom line: I would recommend him without hesitation.
