"Excellent job completed. S&D Brushworks sent out a work team—consisting of Giovanni Gomez who appeared to lead the work crew, Francisco, Jeremiah, and John Skalaba. Also Wayne, one of the business’ owners, personally installed the baseboard. The workers arrived on time and totally cleaned up before leaving each day. The business gave me an estimate of 7 days to complete the work, but they finished in 6. Also the workmen cordoned off what amounted to a “small apartment” for me so that I could comfortably remain in the house without being exposed to the fumes and dust. S&D Brushworks did a perfect, beautiful, extremely professional job. I totally recommend them without question!"

"John and his team showed up on time and we’ll prepared. We had done a walk through the week prior where I decided to omit a section of our ceiling for painting because of how high and unnoticeable the area was. My husband, on the other hand, decided it should be painted regardless. John worked with our last minute adjustment seamlessly, and even threw in painting our doors front and back for free. "Luis and Larry worked with me on getting my painting projects done.  They were very accommodating regarding my schedule and what I wanted done.  Each room had a different color.  They prepared the rooms and cleaned up after they were finished.  After they had left and the paint had dried, I noticed a few small areas that needed touching up.  They were very happy to return and take care of it.  I will certainly call them back when I have another painting project.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Having had 2 previous contractors, Palm Construction was the 3rd & final contractor that completed my project in a timely manner by doing a full kitchen & bath remodel. They also installed a HVAC system, redid all the plumbing, had my house re-painted, had my deck reinforced and did an earthquake retro-fit. They did exceptional work in a very professional manner. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day, and when asked to do something, they did it without hesitation. I would also like to mention the tile work done in my bathroom was done with detail and precision and it turned out beautiful! Yes, I went through a lot of headaches and frustration with the previous contractors since the work started last November but when Palm Construction took over the job, Ken & Jacob made sure things kept moving to get the project done! "We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.
