"Excellent job completed. S&D Brushworks sent out a work team—consisting of Giovanni Gomez who appeared to lead the work crew, Francisco, Jeremiah, and John Skalaba. Also Wayne, one of the business’ owners, personally installed the baseboard. The workers arrived on time and totally cleaned up before leaving each day. The business gave me an estimate of 7 days to complete the work, but they finished in 6. Also the workmen cordoned off what amounted to a “small apartment” for me so that I could comfortably remain in the house without being exposed to the fumes and dust. S&D Brushworks did a perfect, beautiful, extremely professional job. I totally recommend them without question!"

"Luis and Larry worked with me on getting my painting projects done.  They were very accommodating regarding my schedule and what I wanted done.  Each room had a different color.  They prepared the rooms and cleaned up after they were finished.  After they had left and the paint had dried, I noticed a few small areas that needed touching up.  They were very happy to return and take care of it.  I will certainly call them back when I have another painting project.

"Having had 2 previous contractors, Palm Construction was the 3rd & final contractor that completed my project in a timely manner by doing a full kitchen & bath remodel. They also installed a HVAC system, redid all the plumbing, had my house re-painted, had my deck reinforced and did an earthquake retro-fit. They did exceptional work in a very professional manner. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day, and when asked to do something, they did it without hesitation. I would also like to mention the tile work done in my bathroom was done with detail and precision and it turned out beautiful! "I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!
