They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. "I have been using K I C Painting close to over 3 years now and they never let me down. 
Last time I used them was to paint the exterior of house and it's still looking good as new.
So now, it's time to paint the interior of the house and also needed some restaining on the wood fence.
Their prep work and clean up is always up to my standard.  They are always on time, made every commitment.  They'll let you know ahead of time if there are any changes in schedule or work to be done.  Their pricing was the best among other quotes I have requested from other contractors.  The quality of the painting and trim work was excellent (they had to removed our old acoustic ceiling tiles and put up some beautiful sheet rocks wihich turned out wonderfu lookingl).  They also replaced some of the window and floor trims my dog had chewed up.
