   Bill and his crew were very professional and took pride in their work.  Cleaning the roof was no easy task, but it now looks like new.  He did a perfect match choosing the color grey to paint the house and it looks wonderful.  A few boards on the house were replaced.  The patio cover required a lot of prep work to remove peeling paint. They repainted it with Two coats of quality paint.

"Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. "We had a mainline sewage issue with extensive water damage due to tree root damage that caused us to have to replace flooring, baseboards, subfloor and repair walls removed in the water and asbestos remediation process in bathroom, hallway, laundry, family room and kitchen.

Tony was very helpful in providing a thorough estimate of the costs, including pointing out damage that needed to be repaired,  that had not been itemized by the insurance company's estimator.  He worked within the allotted payments provided by the insurance company and began his work quickly even though he had to wait for a couple of weeks for payment due to insurance company delays.

"I have been using K I C Painting close to over 3 years now and they never let me down. 
Last time I used them was to paint the exterior of house and it's still looking good as new.
So now, it's time to paint the interior of the house and also needed some restaining on the wood fence.
