"Raymond is exactly what you want in a handyman, he was on-time, completely professional, provided very clear summary of work required, observations of other issues (ie: missing flashing), made sure all dirt and debris was cleaned-up. I would highly recommend for any needed work from tile to trim. Have already recommended to my neighbors!"
