"I thought they were very positive. I liked them. I haven't had any window work done. I don't remember how much the cost was. They didn't do any work, so this is on their approach and bidding. I didn't use them because I haven't had the windows done. They did follow up and call me a couple of times, and I really appreciated that. I haven't decided and I am leaning in the direction of the contractor who came out to look at it; I just didn't get a bid from him. I would rather contact them if I decide to go with them."

"It took a lot longer than they said it would.  We ordered them before Thanksgiving and we got them after Christmas.  One of the shutters was the wrong size.  It took a couple of weeks to get the correct size.  They were on time.  The price of the deal didn't put a dent in the what we paid."

"Bill and his 2 assistants did an excellent job.  I was impressed with their prep before starting the job.  They covered, and taped everything down before starting the job.  I can tell they were professional by the way the handle their tools, cleaned up everything, and timely.

"Professional and thoughtful... I work over the hill and he was willing to come for my project on Saturday. Had a broken drawer sliding bracket on my butcher block workbench that required real attention to repair and align with the other drawers - he accomplished what i couldn't."
