He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my choices without any pressure. He scheduled us right away, arrived on time, and finished the job without a hitch in exactly the time he said it would take. Clearly we were in the hands of an expert. The results were lovely. The entire experience was a pleasure. HIghly highly recommend Home Optics. I purchased the nano hybrid window tint 18% on the driver and passenger windows it’s dark enough for privacy and you can see only a silhouette on the driver and passengers window and 5% on the back and rearrange windows. I didn’t take a picture of the front windshield but it has 80% it helps protect the dashboard also it reduces heat and UV rays, and glare from the sun. Believe me your money will be well spent. "I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

I sent photos of the windows that needed screens, but one was forgotten so we needed a repeat visit. On the repeat visit, the wrong screen was replaced (it looks NOTHING like the window that I sent pictures of via email and text). My husband was home the whole time, so Brian simply could have asked. I paid the invoice anyway, but was told that I would still be charged full price for a third return visit. Brian's work is good and prices are fair, but it's ridiculous that I paid for a window that I didn't want rescreened and wasn't even offered a discount on the one that needs it."
