"Project manager was a general contractor not a pool person. You do not know the quality of the work until it is done then it is too late. Concrete has large dark blotches in a few places. I think it?s because concrete wasn?t mixed thoroughly leaving an inconsistent color. Looks bad. Developed a crack within the first couple of weeks and was told nothing could be done. Concrete around top of spa is crooked and inconsistent. Amateur job. My neighbor?s was done around the same time (different company) and is perfectly straight. Salesman was knowledgeable but never returned to check the job. I do not think anyone really knew what they were doing. Just kind of faking it. Do not recommend. No real upside to the job."

The payment terms were 50% upon demo, and 50% upon completion. I left the time of completion empty, because naively I thought that they would be eager to complete the job. My ratings are: Price 5 star; Quality of work 5 star; scheduling of work 2 star. Average rating 4 star. Alex was eager to do the demo, because this triggers the first 50% payment. Demo was done on April 16, 2025. We also amended the contract to install new lights ($1,200) and replacement of Deck O Seal ($1,800). New contract price $12,300.
