"On the positive side, the job started and ended as expected, and the crew was always on time. John was easy to work with and was accommodating. I was a bit surprised that the painters asked me to open only the front corner windows. When I asked if they wanted me to open all the windows, I was met with a blank stare. So I’m not sure if the other window frames were painted. On the final day of the job, there were a number of areas requiring touch-up. One disappointment was that I paid extra to have a flagpole painted. I also asked John if they could put up a new rope. He said they could, but at the last minute, he said they couldn’t. So, I have to wonder if they actually painted the entire flagpole. Logically, if they painted the entire flagpole, they should have been able to string up the new rope. Having been a Customer Service manager for most of my working years, the first lesson in customer service is never over promise and under deliver."

They painted 3 bathrooms after patching the walls where mirrors were removed, and texturing the whole rooms so texture would be uniform. They put down protection in not only the rooms being painted, but also the entrances and hallways. The walls were done in Swiss Coffee and the ceilings, baseboards, trim, and doors were done in white. The also did an an excellent job of clean-up. Their job was every bit as good as every paint contractor we have ever used. We would definitely use them again."
