Dear Mr. [Member name] We would like to take the time to apologized for the late response to you review. It took a long time for us to respond because your review caught us off guard. We normally get reviews when we have completed a project. It was not intentional to be late to your scheduled appointment. We know that in this day in age people are very busy, and their time is extremely valuable. We strive to make every scheduled appointment on time or within an appropriate time frame to meet the customer’s needs. It was a simple human error on my part for writing to incorrect time in my ledger. We were under the impression that the project was an owner occupied residence because you had mentioned that any time after 1:00 p.m. would be o.k. Hi Member, First of all I will like to thank you for making the time to post a comment (even when it was just for an estimate), I understand that my service is not for everyone ($), I always check my pricing with my competitors and I know for a fact that I am not the one who has the best pricing, but am not the most expensive either. I charge a fair price for my service. What we provide to our clients when they call for an estimate: is a visit to the property, we educate our potential clients on what they need done on their property and if there is a problem, we show them the problem and give them a couple of solutions, so they can make there decision on how they would want to take care of it. I apologies if in this process was any miscommunication. I really hope that you had the extra time to comment on all of the estimates that you received as well. First of all I would like to thank you for making the time to post a comment (even when it was just for an estimate); You are correct I did arrive to your property really early, most of the time we run early to our appointments. I remember that in your case, I was about an hour to 1 ½ hours early; the only reason because we went to your house early to check the exact location and I was going to go to lunch and come back. You and your sister went outside and look at my truck, I just approached to introduce my self and told you that I knew that I was early and you said it was not a problem we can do the estimate right now. I explained the problem that you had in the room and gave you the price before I left your property (I always do). I always send my proposal in PDF format and in 5 years you are the second person that had a problem opening my proposal, this client had and expired PDF format, that was what I was trying to explain to you when you told me that you hired someone else already; I apologize for any miscommunication and hope that you had a good experience with the contractor that you used.
