"Diego did excellent work exactly to what we asked for. Other contractors could not/would not attempt to find the wood siding to match our house. Diego knew where to find the exact match. His work was top notch. Highly reccomend!"

"Mike and his crew did an excellent job building my new deck! He also replaced an old brick walkway with a flagstone walkway in my backyard. I know that the work his company did will be enjoyed for years to come!"

"I had a horrible experience with another contractor who "repaired" my balconies, only to have them fail and the contractor refuse to honor their warranty. I was very skeptical and anxious when searching for someone, not knowing whether I could count on them to do good work and stand behind it. I tried HomeAdvisor, found Pennington Construction and liked their reviews, so I called. Eric Pennington responded promptly, was professional and quickly arranged for an inspection and quote. The quote seemed reasonable and I hired them. The workers were prompt, friendly and respectful, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and both balconies look better than when new! Additionally, some of the work quoted was not required, so (without me saying a word) the final bill was reduced by that amount. I could not be happier with the results and the cost and, although the work was just done and there has not been time for any issues to arise, I feel completely comfortable and confident that, should a need arise, Eric and his company will stand behind their work. Would not hesitate to recommend them! Thank you HomeAdvisor!"

"Our landscaping in Menlo Park needed a complete refresh. The team replaced thirsty plants with drought-tolerant options that still provide plenty of color and curb appeal. We're using much less water without sacrificing appearance."

"We called Center to come and inspect, and possibly treat, an overhead supporting beam for termites. We had termite droppings directly underneath the beam for two days and were concerned there might be termites. Andres arrived, right on time, after a call from the office letting us know the inspector would be arriving in a few minutes. He was very nice, personable, very knowledgeable, and got straight to work with his examination of the beam. He brought his tall ladder in, and was very diligent about not getting anything dirty. He inspected the entire beam (which was more than the droppings area) and determined that most likely we did NOT have live termites. The inspection was free. He explained in great detail about the termite life cycle (at my behest). We asked about some spots on the beam and he offered to clean them off, since he had his ladder out! How nice was that???? We were very impressed by this man's manner and professionality. If we ever need termite control in the future, we will most certainly be calling Center."

"Jeff's crew did an amazing job. The communication and work coordination was professional and outstanding. The crews showed up on time, were very talented and meticulous. At the end of very day the job site was clean and secure. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would use Patios by B&B again."
