"Kyle is personable and easy to work with, and always responded in a timely manner to my questions and requests. The overall bathroom design was developed by us and we purchased all fixtures and finishes. Saldivar and Eric are exceptionally skilled, hardworking and committed to doing a good job, and worked well as a team. Their attention to detail, from the exquisite tile setting to all of the prep for painting (patched lots of cracks in our plaster walls), and gorgeous seamless baseboards, it was very evident they take great pride in their work. They always arrived on time and worked diligently through to completion. The work site was always prepped/protected in the morning and cleaned at the end of the day. This is the second project that Kyle and his team have helped us with and we are again, very pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again."

"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"George was so easy to work with. Called me right away, on time for appt. gave me estimate for each project I wanted done. Thorough. Completed project timely. Friendly. Hard worker. If something came up while working, he showed me and we discussed it as he wanted to make sure I was satisfied. When done, showed me what he did and how things worked which I really appreciated. I will continue to use him for any electrical issues I may have and highly recommend him to anyone looking for electrical needs. He installed bathroom lights, made two electrical outlets outside patio and hung ceiling fan, also added two hallway lights. Great!"

"Zohar and his team of specialist people did a complete remodeling of the kitchen including two bathrooms. The remodeling included all the custom cabinets for the kitchen and raising the ceiling in the kitchen by 10 inches, installing all the new floors in the bathrooms, adding all the new lights in the kitchen and bathrooms, Repaint all the interior walls of the kitchen and bathrooms too. All the design done by Zohar. The work was better than perfect and the cabinets fits like a glove to the kitchen space and they are mainly outstanding. The design part of the kitchen and bathrooms are one of Zohar's main qualifications. Supervision to perfection, dependable vendors for all the materials and appliances which added another reason why this remodeling was a success. The remodeling project was over after 4 weeks of daily work and it was 2 days longer than projected, but it's was not an issue at all because it came out better than what we wanted. All the list for minor repairs that were needed to be corrected, were fixed by the people in swiftly and professionally way. Regarding the final amount of the project – the price was good and Zohar didn’t increased it even though with the several changes that we asked and he did for us. We'll happily use them again."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Most duct booster fans are not designed to run continuously, though some models can be programmed for constant operation. Typically, they are controlled by the user via a switch, controls on the unit itself, or by being wired to the HVAC system's thermostat. Wiring the fan to a thermostat allows it to run automatically only when heating or cooling is active, which saves energy and is an effective way to activate the fan only when needed to address issues like uneven room temperatures.

There are many types of ceiling fans, each with specific features and advantages. Standard ceiling fans are a traditional choice suitable for most spaces and can be made from materials like plastic, wood, metal, or fiberboard. For rooms with low ceilings, low-profile fans are a better fit. Other specialized types include smart fans, which you can control with a smartphone or voice commands, and dual-motor fans that provide increased airflow in multiple directions. For energy savings, Energy-Star certified fans can be up to 60% more efficient than standard models, helping to lower your utility bill. You can also find fans with built-in lights, fans with retractable blades, and large ceiling fans designed for spacious rooms with ceilings between 10 and 25 feet high.

While ceiling fans are built for regular use, running them continuously without breaks can lead to overheating and wear over time. If your fan has a thermal shutoff feature, it may stop running to protect the motor. To extend their lifespan, it’s best to turn fans off when they’re not needed.

The square footage of your room will dictate the correct ceiling fan blade size. For example:

  • Rooms smaller than 75 square feet require a fan that is 29 to 36 inches.

  • Rooms up to 175 square feet require 42- to 48-inch fans.

  • Rooms up to 350 square feet require 52- to 56-inch fans.

  • Expansive spaces over 350 square feet need a fan larger than 60 inches.

A blower and a fan serve different functions, so whether a blower versus a fan is better depends on what you need. If you need to heat or warm your home, it’s important that the HVAC blower is in good working condition. If you want to prevent an AC unit from overheating, make sure to keep up-to-date on condenser fan maintenance.
