"Perez Painting was contracted to resurface and paint our patio structure and wooden features on the front of the house. All interactions went very smooth - from defining and quoting the project, down to timely execution of the 2 day project. As well, they went over and above the contact to paint other small areas that were not included in the original quote. They wanted everything to match. Their team worked very efficiency to get the project done on time. We have more painting projects in the schedule. Perez Painting will be the only call I will make. "Not good. Was rushed. Did not provide samples. I had to go buy them myself. I asked for some time so we could decide on colors. The jod was rushed and do not feel that the job was done right. Long story short I have had to fix the things they Broke or did not complete. What was promised was not done. If you hire them. Make sure you get it in writing. The crew was nice. Better if you speak Spanish. But they were a good crew. I am sorry I could not leave a better review. But with all the clean up. And getting all the paint off my wall ways. I should have got more quotes. Than had to make the check out to different people. Just a little shady to me."
