Two people showed up at my house to perform the work which was to run speaker wire from our audio system to the kitchen, install our speakers, program a distribution amp for different zones and program our universal remote. After surveying the job, the person that was to run the wire under the house, said he had a bad back and was unable to perform the work. He left leaving Eric behind to do the programming. Eric was very nice to deal with, however, took way too long to perform the rest of the work which was only partially programming the amp and universal remote since they didn't perform the other parts of the job. The programming took 6 hours because he was not fully knowledgeable on the equipment I had. Since the wire wasn't run to the kitchen, I was now left with a large part of the job undone and a very large bill for AV consulting to educate themselves on my dime for work and equipment they didn't fully know how to perform.   "
