"I called Mark and he happened to be between jobs, so he said he'd be right over.  He arrived about 20 minutes later.  I thought he'd just be giving me an estimate, but he said he had time to do the work right then.  He checked the fan first and said it would probably be most cost effective if I replaced the whole unit.  While I went to the store, he fixed the door and took down the old ceiling fan.  My 3-yr-old grandson was greatly entertained by all this activity :)

Based on my budget, room size and preferences he recommended some very good equipment. I ended up with a great deal from Ken Cranes on a 1080P 50'' TV, Denon Receiver, B&W speakers and an Oppo digital DVD player. Eric did everything from there. He pre-installed all of the wires (before the drywall was put in) and also ran phone and cable wires to the spare bedrooms. He programmed my universal remote, which was a huge time saver and he even went to Ken Cranes for me to return some ceiling mount speakers for me (that were the wrong ones). Eric does very high quality work, he is not the cheapest but if you want a quality job done I would highly recommend him."
