"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"They were very professional. They were on time and they went through all the details. Need to be done. They install our decor eight burner stove, and range hood. Their prices was very reasonable. "I waited to put up a review for Pacific Outdoor Living until I could give a full story. Our goal was to fix up our backyard which had never been 'scaped before. We had POL put in a patio of pavers with a grill placed and landscape the entire backyard. We also had an in ground water fountain set up. The job went as planned on time. The different crews were extremely polite and respectful. Very professional. The job turned out beautifully but there were some issues, which thankfully POL has been willing to address. To start, they are a solid pavers company. That is their absolute strength. They know what they are talking about here. The patio and grill are awesome. We had it set with electrical wiring for both an outdoor fridge and a countertop outlet. We also had them run conduit over to a spot where we later installed a jacuzzi. They did a fantastic job. We hired them to also do the landscaping and as we learned, while they do this well, it is not their 1st expertise. They provide this in order to do complete jobs. I suspect there is always going to be loss of some vegetation after installation. This is probably the one thing you can't guarantee but there are other companies we got estimates from where landscaping was clearly their primary expertise. Nevertheless, POL has always owned anything that didn't go perfectly. The landscaping looked great but some of the sod and some of the water resistant plants didn't survive. They replaced whatever needed to be replaced. Even after the summer heat wave and drought where we were limited to watering the lawn to twice a week and had grass die. They listened to my issues which they agreed were not my fault. They owned up to the fact that the sprinkler zones were not perfectly laid out. More than a year later, they came out and just added an additional zone for the lawn, replaced some of the ground cover. In addition, the outlet on our new grill/counter shorted out with the heavy rains this winter as somehow water managed to seep under the covered outlets; they replaced this as well. It would have been more ideal if everything turned out perfectly from the beginning but with these projects, one has to assume there will be some issues. What you want is a company that stands by its work and will not balk at fixing things. POL owned it all and has impressed me by doing so. I am so impressed that I am buying a new batch of mulch from them. I would hire them again even with the landscaping issues because they did not walk away from the problems even after the initial three month warranty. They are a class act."

"Eric was prompt on the initial call and came out same day (Saturday). He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts on order and installed them once they were delivered. Everything is working great!"

"Despite the hot temperature, it was mid-July, it went smoothly. The only reason why they get a 'B' for quality is because their installation team forgot to switch on the gas valve for heating(!) I found this out because I called for service when there was no heat from the HVAC unit. The tech only took 5 minutes on the roof to find the problem. I was relieved it was nothing serious and that the tech was honest. Otherwise they would've gotten all A's."

"One of my relatives recommended to me this home remodeling company after he hired them for his house and they were super happy due to the fantastic job that Best Builders did at his home. At my house I wanted a new patio deck built before the summer will start. Sofia from the main office scheduled me an appointment with one of her people and she sent out Zohar, who worked with me step by step through this entire remodeling project. Zohar is a great guy and a professional person! He made sure that everything is being done exactly as it was promised in the design stage AND each change that he wanted to do (in order to make this project better than it should). The new deck including the covers looks fantastic and it came out much better than I imagined. I’m glad to have worked with Best Builders Group!"

"The repairman listened to the dishwasher for a couple of minutes, and said it needed a motor.  He gave me an estimate of $539.95, including $350 for the motor and $200 for labor.  Seemed like a lot for an old dishwasher. Since my wife and I had installed the dishwasher, I looked on-line and saw that the motor and housing were only $140.  Watched a video, got the part, installed it in a couple of hours, and it is running well.  We saved about $400 from e Appliance's quote.
Price quoted for parts and work seemed very high.
