After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"We called Excel Heating Friday morning and they set an appointment for  between 1:00 & 2:00 that afternoon.  Jason arrived promptly at 1:00 and got to the problem immediately.  He fixed the problem with the heater and then replaced a gas hose that we needed to replace according to SDGE.  Jason had the part on his truck so it went smoothly.  He cleaned up cheerfully and was gone.
