They replaced the furnace and left. They left a mess from holes they'd drilled. Additionally, I had an inspector from the gas company come out afterward for a gas appliance safety inspection, and he showed me where they did not seal the combustion chamber of the furnace. In other words, carbon monoxide could have leaked into our home. That's a lawsuit-grade mistake. I'm pretty sure they significantly overcharged us, too; since the furnace was replaced under a home warranty, the home warranty company chose the contractor (we did not have a choice). There were things that Aerify said needed to be replaced (but were not covered by the home warranty), and they charged us a bit shy of two grand for an incomplete job and a mess. Would not recommend these guys.
