"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"I was very pleased. I called him on a Saturday and he was able to come at 10:00 Monday, 2 days later. Very professional."

"Exemplary experience from the first call to Josh to the completion of the work. During the first call, I explained, in detail, including square footage of the rooms, what was needed. He offered an initial price and I agreed. Since I arranged a date about 30 days from this call, we discusHIsed confirmation. He called three days before the work, the morning of the work to alert us of traffic delay and arrived at the adjusted time (15 minutes!). He exactly what was needed, the carpets in both rooms look like the day of install and I will use him again for any of his services. The price we agreed on was the price paid and I am very happy."

"Carlos was amazing!! He did an excellent job!! He cleaned up after he finished AND put the pieces back in place. Best thing: he was done way faster than I anticipated. And I will be requesting him again!!"

"Monster Steam has been my preferred and exclusive carpet cleaning service for ... five or more years. Why? Because they never sit on their laurels. They continue to do a superb job each and every time. Once again, the crew at Monster Steamer did terrific on our carpets. Angel was our lead technician. He and his parter arrived right on time and were ready to get to work. I mentioned the tenant had cats - Angel was prepared with a UV light to search for evidence of cat urine and vomit. He found more than I did with my lower powered UV light. Carpets were treated to help rid of he cat deposits and thoroughly cleaned. So yet again, another outstanding service by Monster Steamer. They keep my business by delivering outstanding service at a very fair price. Clearly, I highly recommend them for you and your carpet cleaning needs. Good Luck!"

"I would not use any other carpet cleaning company. They are extremely thorough, professional and polite. The carpet was thoroughly vacuumed even along the baseboards, then traffic areas were spot treated, prior to the cleaning and deodorizing. I have pets coming in an out and the job that they did, make my carpets look good as new. Strongly recommend this company."

"Very professional company, employees show up on time. , Very nice and polite. They perform a good service and of course I will recommend building cleaning solutions"

"I love Juniors work! He was on time and professional. My sofa looks so good now!"
