"I hired Xtreme Cleaning to clean my carpet and tile/grout. They did an excellent job. The 10 year old carpet looks brand new and the tile and grout look very clean and refreshed. Jimmy and his assistant showed up 15 minutes early which was a nice surprise. They wore booties over their shoes and were very careful to put up protective barriers around the corners to prevent any damage from the hoses touching my walls. I will definitely recommend Jimmy and Xtreme Ccleaning to my friends and family and use them for my carpet/tile/upholstery cleaning needs in the future."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Jose is fantastic! I would hire him again in an instant. He was prompt and friendly and communicative both before and during the service. He had an issue with his vacuum while doing our upstairs carpet and worked diligently to fix it. You can't always help what happens in life (equipment deciding to act up), but you can help how you react to it and Jose was outstanding. Worked extra hard to fix the issue and ensure our carpets were clean and he kept a pleasant attitude the entire time! I have no idea how he got the stains out of our kids' bedroom carpets, but they look new. I hired Jose based on the reviews I saw here and I'm so glad I did! Wonderful work ethic. I would definitely hire him again!!!"
