"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Jose is fantastic! I would hire him again in an instant. He was prompt and friendly and communicative both before and during the service. He had an issue with his vacuum while doing our upstairs carpet and worked diligently to fix it. You can't always help what happens in life (equipment deciding to act up), but you can help how you react to it and Jose was outstanding. Worked extra hard to fix the issue and ensure our carpets were clean and he kept a pleasant attitude the entire time! I have no idea how he got the stains out of our kids' bedroom carpets, but they look new. I hired Jose based on the reviews I saw here and I'm so glad I did! Wonderful work ethic.
