The insurance company gave us a list of contractors to call. We called three of them left messages and waited. Well we didn’t have to wait long for Berry Construction. Randy called us back almost immediately. He was caring, empathetic, professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. We were very happy with Mike, Billy and the entire staff. We had open communication through the whole process, and they did an amazing job making us whole again. One of the things that I really appreciated was that he responded back to me promptly whenever I texted him. True to any business, there were times when unexpected things came up and he had to postpone work that he had planned to be doing for me on a certain day, but he always communicated these issues to me, and when I had something that really needed to be done right away (such as getting the plumbing to the washing machine fixed on a weekend) he found a way to make it happen. I will definitely be hiring Joe to do work for me again in the future."
