We have been operating business locally in and around 93420 for two decades. We are a small business working with established local contractors. We offer competitive pricing and flexible options to meet your specific needs. Our company is composed of highly enthusiastic and experienced sub-contractors and workers who respect the home and the principals there in. We strive for excellence in our progress and our finish work in the fastest way keeping cleanliness and safety paramount to produce a premium and lasting custom product. Aside from construction length, fins product and cleanliness, our greatest trait acquired over 30 years is our communication and punctuality. Two of our favorite words: "Done" and "Happy". Joe and his team were amazing! He was super responsive, fair and did such a great job! I needed vinyl siding removed and new siding installed. Joe’s team was able to come up with a plan quickly, when there were unplanned changes. I definitely would hire them again!

Job was 100% professional. Joey kept me informed each step of the way. We had some parts delay but it was no big problem. Both Joey and Andrew arrived ready to work. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

They were terrific. I appreciated the fact that Joey kept me apprised at each step. We had delays in parts arriving so project was somewhat delayed. But it wasn't a problem. The job was done beautifully. Joey & Andrew were 100% professional. Cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Highly recommend.

Joey and Andrew are wonderful to work with. One bathroom they had to reframe the shower as it had been demolished due to a leak. They reframed, rebuilt a wall, tiled and finished. Very thorough. Another bathroom they replaced a tub and had to do some reframing there as well. My house walls were not square and the new steel tub wouldn't fit! Then they did a beautiful tile surround with pebble shampoo niche and accent on the floor where the floor tile didn't reach the tub. I can't say enough about how conscientious they were about keeping my house as clean as possible in the process. They were on time, ready to work, and friendly guys. In fact, I have one more bathroom that I'm going to have them work on.

Joey with FJA construction did a great job. For an ADU project we did, he thought through every step and foresaw different issues that could arise. For a couple parts of the job he wanted to subcontract out (plumbing and countertops), he called several contractors to ensure he (aka me) was getting the best price. He almost always answered his phone or would call back shortly. Very professional and very happy with him.

We are very pleased with the remodel of our bathroom. Joey and Andrew were very respectful of us and our house. They arrived when they said they would be here. Every step of the remodel was explained and when I made a request outside of what we had discussed it was immediately accepted and taken care of. We would definitely discuss future projects with FJA Construction.

Joe is an incredible craftsman. You can put your full trust in him to do an exceptional job, trouble shoot, keep you appraised at every step of the way, follow-up, and do the job to complete satisfaction. It's clear that he really takes pride in his work. I was able to put my complete trust in Joe to get a few different jobs done (installing faux ceiling beams - not easy on 14 ft. ceilings and installing drywall and electrical to create a corner nook. On top of all that he's just a good dude doing honest work for an honest wage. He's my "go to" guy for anything in the future and I can't recommend him more highly.

My garage remodel has been great, Joe communicates and the work his guys do is top notch. I've been satisfied, if we ever found ourselves in a spot of needing to workaround something Joe's been understanding and would come up with a solution. Also he's a phone 1st kind of guy I like the fact that I can call and get ahold of him.

Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on our total bathroom remodel. The project was our second/full bath that we converted from a tub to large shower and was basically a "gut job" on the entire room (down to the studs). New vanity, floor and shower tile, toilet, and dry wall. Joe has a small crew of Andrew and Hugo and was very hands-on during the job. He and his guys were great to work with, and very neat and VERY meticulous in the details of the finish work. It goes without saying that we were thrilled with the final result. We will be doing a remodel on our master bathroom soon and will certainly be using FJA for this project. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your future projects.

Joe and his son Andrew replaced a front deck and repaired a rear deck at my home. Their work is excellent and the price was reasonable. In fact, the quality and thoroughness of their workmanship went above and beyond my expectations. As a retiree with a limited budget for the project, I appreciated the fact that Joe listened to my needs and did not try to sell me costly upgrades. In addition, they are just plain nice guys, thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend them.

Joey was referred to me by a friend when i was looking for someone to remodel our bathroom at our office. One of the things that impressed me the most was when he rolled out something to protect the carpet between the bathroom and the carpet so that he wouldn't mess up my carpet. I hadn't even thought of that. Unfortunately we weren't able to close while he did the work and he checked with us before making any noises. I guess what i'm saying is on top of the great work he did, I really appreciated that he seemed to care about more than just his job and was concerned with keeping us happy throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Joey for work at your house or business.

Joe did a great job & we were so happy when all was done. Worked everyday & kept to the schedule & was on time every morning. He had great ideas how to remedy some things that needed to be done. Hard worker & a nice guy.
