We called Templeton Floor Care mid week last week and within 30 minutes they had an employee out to provide an on the spot estimate. We figured during the holiday season it would be a long wait for service but Templeton Floor Care was able to schedule an appointment for that Saturday. They were more than willing to accommodate a weekend appointment since our business is open M-F.
All parties involved were friendly, timely, and efficient. We have had the office carpets cleaned before and were not happy. We are 100% satisfied with this experience. We even had some tough spots that they were not sure would come up and they did.
