We have 3 rental properties and have dealt with a ton of contractors over the years, many have been inconsistent with communication, adhering to agreed upon time frames, and quality of work. Jonathan and his team are top notch. Got back soon after request, arrived on time, job was done quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Very happy with quality of work. "Fernando was so polite and professional when he came to first look at the house. The job was exterior painting, so we walked around the house and chatted while he took notes on the condition. Later that day he emailed the quote - no pressure at all. The other companies that came tried to get me to commit and give them a downpayment on the spot, even though I had told them ahead of time that I would have to review them all first. The main workers were Nacho and Gabriel, and there were a couple more on some days. Nacho was the main one I worked with, and he was very polite and friendly just like Fernando. They did a ton of prep work, including re-caulking, fixing bad wood, sealing minor cracks in the stucco, etc. They painted the entire exterior including our front door and two side doors, and everything was excellent. Our next-door and across-the-street neighbors watched the work and both asked Fernando to give them quotes! I was very pleased and satisfied."

"Another beautiful paint job delivered by Brent Garvey Painting! Outstanding attention to detail. Careful and thorough prep work. Quality products and excellent color matching to my very exacting requirements. An experienced crew of professional painters and a master carpenter arrived everyday on time and left a clean job site at days end. They were very personable and easy to work with. The siding on one side of my home needed to be replaced as a result of decades of sun, salt air, and being battered by winter storms for decades. The new work blends flawlessly with the old! This is the second time Brent Garvey and his crew of professionals have delivered a 5 star job for my home. The first time was 13 years ago. When it was time to repaint this year I didn't hesitate to call him to come back to do it again!"

"We recently hired Urbinas to paint our front door and wouldn't recommend them. Ulysses came out to paint the door only to tell us that he wasn't able to paint a door that wasn't hung in the doorway and asked us to get our contractor to hang the door and install the hardware before painting. After having the door installed Ulysses and his father painted the door but forgot to paint the top and bottom of the door which voided our warranty with the door company. The door company came out and asked if we had hired someone who was licensed and bonded because the work didn't reflect someone who follows the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America standards. When we asked for a refund Ulysses blamed us saying we should have told him to paint the top and bottom and we are now left with a door that is now out of warranty and have to pay for another licensed and bonded painter to fix the mistake."

I hired Fernando and his crew at Premium Painting and it was so easy to schedule. He came out right away to take a look, gave us a quote and then got to work the next day. "I found Melvin by chance after looking for several contractors to paint our townhome (prices were outrageous, between 17k-35k) to paint a 1800sq ft place with very high ceilings in places. Painting was very reasonable at about $9500 plus materials (at about $3000). Their quality of work patching holes big and small, making cracks on the wall look like it never happened, and their attention to detail was unmatched while painting baseboards, door trims, walls and ALL our cabinetry (bathrooms and kitchen). Melvin is a perfectionist! I have never been able to say that about any painter. I know that if you are reading this it will be hard for you to grasp how great this company is. But let me give you peace of mind: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THEY HAVE LOADS of pictures of their work for reference. They also have the most awesome handyman (Josue) and the counter top guy (Marvin).. he was incredible and very skilled at refinishing 3 bathroom counter tops. They are very organized and clean up after themselves. I truly feel that I was the luckiest person to have found them and they turn my home into an absolute gem 💎. Please give them a chance. I know how stressful it can be, to be amidst selling your home plus finding the right people to give your place some upgrades. This company was an absolute great find."
