Our core goals in every job is to examine the condition of the surfaces, make recommendations, and to resolve any issues with the job. Then, the next step is the right prep work, applying primers, then finishes. We use products from professional companies like Sherwin Williams, Kelly Moore, etc. The range of the products could be from contractor grades to premiums. But we highly recommend premium products to have long lasting results. We offer free on sight visit and color consultation. We do have reviews on other websites, and they could be viewed upon request. Again, our main goal is a happy, -long term client. And we intend to provide that to you. "We have used Brannick & Associates for two different properties including for a condo building in SF at least 10 times for both interior and exterior painting over the past 10-15 years. Patrick is the owner and has exceptional integrity and commitment to using the highest quality paint and materials and maximizing the life of his painting work. His painting crews are super personable and professional, clean up thoroughly and are very detail attentive. Our condo building in SF is a really challenging given it is 100+ years old and was built before the building code required plastic sheeting (vapor barriers) inside the siding. But it is not cost effective to replace the old growth redwood siding so we have to maintain and patch cracks on each side of the building every other year to maximally waterproof the building. Brannick & Associates was the only painter willing to do this maintenance work along with our periodic painting of each side of our 6 unit building. Fantastic company!!"

"Scott painted all the interior walls in our new house, he patched and painted the garage and made it so much nicer, he painted our kitchen cabinets, which turned out beautiful and saved us so much money compared to refacing, and he also painted a tricky accent wall covered with reclaimed wood after patching it, and that changed from a weird problem to an elegant feature of the house. All these projects were expertly done on time while I was away, and his estimates for each were accurate and lower than those of his competitors. I'm Fernando Palma with Palma's Painting. After I graduated in 2013, I received a call from my former boss to officially start working in his company, I have worked in Painting ever since , doing and focusing in Exterior and Interior Painting . We have done many residential and commercial homes . Although Painting may sound simple enough, there are many steps and ways in getting things applied the right way , for example ; Any trim with Oil paint used in the past, must be sanded and de-glossed before applying Paint again, otherwise paint will just peel and scratch off easily . The other companies that came tried to get me to commit and give them a downpayment on the spot, even though I had told them ahead of time that I would have to review them all first. The main workers were Nacho and Gabriel, and there were a couple more on some days. Nacho was the main one I worked with, and he was very polite and friendly just like Fernando. They did a ton of prep work, including re-caulking, fixing bad wood, sealing minor cracks in the stucco, etc. They painted the entire exterior including our front door and two side doors, and everything was excellent. Our next-door and across-the-street neighbors watched the work and both asked Fernando to give them quotes! I was very pleased and satisfied."
