They also recommended a Clearance Testing Facility which was great, they made the Clearance appointment for me and the company called to schedule. David gave me his word that it will pass, and it did due to his expertise, knowledge and his Team. "not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"I've been planning remodeling my home for years, i finally decided to commit to it and called unique. my friend said they did great work in her home. i met with the same contractor and i really liked him. he spent 4 hours with me and went into detail about what he can do and how to bring my ideas to life.
i decided to move forward and start the work. the project took about 5 weeks to do everything. they started on my bathroom and i was scared at first when i saw everything being ripped out but see it come together is amazing. first the floors vanity and shower. they finished the bathroom in a little over a week. my jaw dropped when i saw the finished result.
i couldn't wait to see the kitchen done. everyone was really nice the workers covered everything. and cleaned up after they were done. i would definitely use them and refer them to anyone i know."
