Central City Construction consists of myself, the owner, and one employee who works with me. We work on all types of projects, from repairs to new construction. Our company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. If there is a trade involved in completing your project that we don't personally feel capable of completing, we have a few sub-contractors from the local area that are very good at what they do and we have no problem calling them in.

I have been a licensed contractor since 1990. I am a native of San Luis Obispo County . I am a one man business but do have laborers and sub-contractors I call when needed. I am licensed and bonded.

We do not manufacture windows or doors for homes nor do we use Insulated glass. Strafford Window Mfg. manufacturers custom wood windows for barns, sheds, stables, pool houses, cabin, porches and interior applications in the home.
