It took a week to get the estimate. I think he forgot about us. But when we called to remind him he got us the estimate within 24 hours. Then he expedited the order and installed them within 10 days. He was very professional in his installation and even helped adjust the length of previously installed shades. Our remote controlled shade had a glitch and stopped working after one day. We called and he came the next day to adjust it. Since then everything has worked perfectly. He synchronized our previous remote controlled shade with the new ones so they all work from the same controller. He told us to call any time in the future and he would help us with any difficulties with the shades. I believe him. We sill definitely order shades from him again!

Installed a new lift cord and cord lock in an 2-inch blind. Delighted to find someone who did great work on a small job like this.

Alan was contacted regarding an install of blinds and hanging art work, mirrors and a ram's head just a week and a half before the Thanksgiving holiday. He had a very busy schedule but he agreed to make time to accomplish this task at my newly completed home. He arrived as scheduled and went through the plan for installing all the items with the decorator. There had to be at least 30 pieces of art to be hung as well as 4 or 5 mirrors, 2 of which were very heavy. The ram's head which needed to be hung in the main room of the house was quite heavy and awkward as well. It had to be hung so high it was like being on the second story of the building. Alan did it all with no help from anyone else and no complaints. He is very well organized, very cheerful and very professional. I would recommend his services definitely.

Prompt call back to schedule an appointment for a few days later. Arrived prepared and went right to work. Careful and respectful of work space. All done without delay. Alan is friendly and knowledgeable!
