  • Osler Construction Company
This review is way overdue. We hired Steve Osler in 2015. I put off writing a review just in case something went wrong with any of the construction. Steve and his crew completed the project in the time frame he gave us. We were very pleased with his work and as of now, 10/2020 we are still pleased with our remodel. Steve and his crew are professional and very easy to work with. Steve and his crew listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions to improve on what we wanted to do. I highly recommend Steve Osler Construction

Remodel in process but prior walls and mold restoration was done with common sense bleaching and replacements were necessary. We save considerable money with restoration and construction needed.

  • Trig Builders Inc.
We used Trig Builders for a remodeling project recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did awesome work at all stages of the remodeling project, from drafting to design to the actual work. On top of that, they were very friendly and nice people to work with. My remodeling project included: New kitchen, new hardwood flooring and paint of the entire house, in addition to some minor bathroom updates. From the beginning, the design team made me feel at ease with their wonderful suggestions and attention to all the detail. Working with them really felt as a collaborative effort. They very open to my ideas, implementing the good ones and explaining the differences. In addition to designing the cabinetד, they helped me select all the appliances, flooring, paint. The team was top-notch. They were friendly, skilled, hardworking and excellent craftspeople. The whole remodeling project was completed within our budget and just a little bit over time… but that’s because we added more things during the work. Were thrilled with how things turned out

It went perfectly. It was a big job and Ryan and his crew, Todd and Ron got to the house early and finished the job same day. It was an emergency job. Needed to be done before rain arrived. Thanks guys!!! Anybody needing home repairs, Big or Small jobs should contact Ryan at RCH Construction. They will do you right

We are thrilled with our new bedroom. It looks like part of the original house. We shopped around for a contractor, and when Osler Construction was reccomended, we still looked a little more, but kept going back to Osler Construction. We checked on the Internet that he had a current license, we asked Steve how payments would work, we discussed dates, how long would it take, etc We wouldn't hesitate to reccommend Steve as a general contractor, based on our experience

Steve Osler is extreamly competent and easy to get along with. His price was very competitive. His carpenters were nice, polite, very hard working , and the quality of their work was very good. We took much of the house and ceiling down to the studs and removed some walls, with installation of new beams to "open up" the living area. We added a new master bedroom and enlarged to master bath with a larger shower and new jetted tub. Some of the ceiling was redone to add a large and several smaller skylights. This also involved a new bay window and glass block windows. I wanted to make some minor modifications to the plans like and an alcove for artwork, seat in the shower, and opening up the skylight ceiling space. Steve and the carpenters were easy to work with. Steve came by at least once every day to oversee the job and discuss things with me. One carpenter was the leader and easy to work with. There was a team of 4 of them and they worked well together. 2 were very large and strong so we did not need a crane to put up some large beams. Steve oversaw the concrete foundations checked the prep and was there during the pour. There was a problem with the height of the floor of my shop which he resolved. Also the was a slight discrepency in height where the new and old house foundations met and he had the concrete guys grind that down to fix it. We did get some rain when the roof was opened so I bought some large sheets of visqueen and was amazed at the teemwork his crew had in covering up the openings quickly. He did some extra work, installing a sliding glass door and kitchen garden window quickly and at a reasonable price. Even after his part of the job was done, Steve was very helpful in giving me advice and recommending subcontractors to do other parts of the remodel, such as installing new front doors. They were good recommendations. I am sure he could have done the whole job from beginning to end but I wanted to save some $$ and enjoyed doing a lot of the work myself. We are happy with ther final result and an essentially new house

Aside from the expected jackhammer noise, dust everywhere, and presence of the workers for 3 weeks, it was wonderful. The contractor was there every day to make sure things went smoothly All of the subcontractors were very concerned we'd be happy with the results. They protected the parts of the house they had to use from all but a few minor dents. They did a good job cleaning up the work area and touching up some dents, including some they didn't cause. They offered to help pay for the cleanup of the dust in the rest of the house. In spite of some unexpected difficulties, they finished on time and on budget. The results are wonderful. We have a safe, spacious shower that looks great. The contractor said he'd put pictures on his web site. We really like the loo

2004-From start to finish, Steve was extremely helpful in guiding us thru the custom home process. He started by reviewing our plans and made helpful suggestions and provided a detailed bid for the various options. He referred us back to the architect to further discuss other possible changes. Since it was a very unique home, he was very selective in the sub contractors he used and we were not disappointed from floor to ceiling, landscaping to decking. We came in slightly under budget with on time completion. And yes, during the construction process, things do happen and decisions need to be made and Steve guided us through our options, giving us good recommendations. Bottom line, we have considered building another home because of this experience, and we would not need to seek multiple bids like the first time-Steve would be our builder. 20014-We upgraded some of the flooring, did electrical work , major landscaping and custom painting using Steve's vendor recommendations and everything turned out great. Do's-make sure you talk with Steve Osler before you commit to another builder. You can count on both the qualify of his work and integrity of his word. Don'ts-Building a home or doing a significant remodel is a major project so make sure you are extremely comfortable with the relationship with your builder-it can be either a great process or a major disaster
