Greg Nester is a California Central Coast land developer and luxury homebuilder who has been planning, developing, and building residential subdivisions, luxury homes, residential and commercial real estate, and improving ranch and agricultural land in Santa Barbara and San Luis Counties for more than 30 years. In the 30+ years since he began working as a General Contractor to self-support his engineering education at Oregon Institute of Technology, Greg has successfully completed more than 560 distinctive, precision built, energy efficient single family dwelling homes in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. Adept at developing and improving raw, vacant, ag and ranch land, Nester has also planned and built commercial shopping centers and completed tenant improvement projects locally.
