Shanti is also employed with the Santa Cruz County Office of Education Regional Occupational Program, where she teaches high school gardening, horticulture, agriculture production, and computer aided drafting classes. Shanti has extensive knowledge of both ornamental and edible plant material, along with an artistic and sustainable approach to landscape design.
