I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation.
